ARCHIMED in Lyon, France seeks a motivated HR intern for a 6‑month assignment starting January 2027. You will work with global teams across France, the US, Singapore and Tokyo, gaining hands‑on experience in onboarding, training and performance processes.

You will contribute to ARCHIMED Academy content, coordinate trainings and support HR documentation, while delivering practical deliverables under supervision from an experienced HR team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field).
• Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements.
• High attention to detail and rigor in execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment).
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content, etc).
• Supporting the ARCHIMED ACADEMY : content creation for trainings and onboarding; coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings organization, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates.
• Helping prepare presentations and HR materials.
• Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process).
• Ad hoc HR admin support to other HR functions.
