A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an HR Generalist Intern for a 6-month internship in Paris. This role offers hands-on experience in both operational and corporate HR functions. The ideal candidate is a Master's student with a strong interest in HR topics and fluent in both French and English. You will support various HR activities, including daily operations, corporate projects, and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in relevant fields.
• Strong interest in generalist HR and corporate HR topics.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assist the HQ HR team in day-to-day operations.
• Support Corporate HR projects like Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management.
• Participate in HR reporting and data analysis.
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives.
• Support early stages of recruitment process, including CV screening.
