Portage Ventures GP Inc. is building a new standard in prevention insurance within a global healthtech, with a hybrid work setup in France.

You’ll work on an AI-first medical software stack, collaborating with clinicians, product designers, and other engineers to ship features end-to-end. The role emphasizes building scalable systems, owning significant parts of the product in a fast-moving environment, and contributing to both physical and digital experiences for workers and healthcare

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• You care about scalable, reliable systems that real users depend on; occupational health has uptime and regulatory constraints.
• French fluency will be a plus; being based in Paris is nice to have for onsite collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Build the AI-first medical software used by health professionals.
• Design and implement the onboarding, contracting, and billing workflows for HRs and employees.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, product designers, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features.
