Alan is hiring engineers to help build Prévenir, a new occupational health service integrated with insurance and care across Europe. You’ll contribute to the AI‑first medical software and a scalable platform used by health professionals and HR teams.

You’ll collaborate with doctors, nurses, designers, and engineers inside Alan, delivering on onsite and digital worker experiences from Paris to other sites. We value zero‑to‑one thinking and hands‑on ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Comfort with backend and frontend work.
• French language proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build AI-first medical software features and modules.
• Design onboarding, affiliation, billing, and risk declarations flows for HRs.
• Enhance onsite member experience for workers and health professionals.
