Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Director based in France to lead a global L&D function in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will design and implement a comprehensive strategy covering leadership development, onboarding, technical training, and sales enablement, while modernizing learning through AI and data-driven initiatives.

You will partner with executives to build a high-performing global team, define success metrics, and drive organizational performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• 5+ years in leadership or team management.
• Proven ability to build and scale company-wide learning and onboarding programs.
• Experience designing strategic learning initiatives aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with priorities and values.
• Lead onboarding programs from offer to 90 days, across locations.
• Design leadership development for managers, leaders, executives, high-potential staff.
• Oversee LMS, content library, and learning tech architecture across regions.
• Establish learning KPIs and measure impact on retention, productivity, and readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to enable org learning.
• Build a high-performing global team of L&D professionals and manage budget and vendors.
