Job summary

Jobgether, based in France, seeks a strategic People & Culture leader to shape the entire employee journey across a rapidly growing international digital finance and technology organization. You will drive engagement, internal communications, workplace operations, and global events while aligning with executives and cross-functional partners.

The role involves introducing AI-powered tools, managing a global team, and overseeing the Workplace Operations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in People and Culture or related field, incl. 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience owning two of: multi-country workplace/office ops, employee engagement, internal communications, or large-scale events.
• Experience managing intranets and internal comm platforms (content strategy, IA, governance).
• Experience in high-growth international organizations with diverse locations/time zones.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global employee experience strategy aligned with priorities, values and growth.
• Design and manage employee listening initiatives (surveys, lifecycle assessments, exits).
• Translate feedback into actionable improvement plans with senior leaders.
