Jobgether is seeking a Head of Finance - R&D based in France to lead the financial and banking infrastructure for a portfolio of international technology businesses. You will shape liquidity management, FX strategy, and cross-border financial flows while building scalable treasury processes.

You will partner with founders and senior leaders, oversee compliance, and recruit a high-performing finance team to support rapid growth across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of senior finance leadership experience (CFO/VP Finance/Head of Treasury).
• Proven track record in opening corporate bank accounts and establishing efficient payment processes.
• Deep knowledge of AML/KYC principles and cross-border regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multi-currency funds, FX exposure, and cost optimization.
• Strong negotiation skills with banks, legal advisors, and financial providers.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) to lead negotiations and stakeholder discussions.

Responsabilités

• Design and build a multi-jurisdictional banking network for fast-growing tech businesses.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity management, and cross-border transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH).
• Drive FX optimization, transaction cost reduction, and treasury expenses.
• Coordinate banking due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the treasury and operational finance team.
• Partner with founders and executives on unit economics and financial modeling.
