Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Head of Solution Operations to scale a fast-growing function across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. You will own the end-to-end operating system for the Solutions group, turning playbooks into reusable assets and building a global operating model with regional operators.

You will manage capacity planning, drive measurable delivery outcomes, and collaborate daily with Solution leadership, Sales, Product, RevOps and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-scaling environments.
• Experience building AI-native operations and automation.
• Experience across EMEA, US, and Asia-Pacific.
• Hands-on with dashboards and internal tools.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Solution operating system end to end from pre-sales to delivery.
• Industrialize delivery playbooks, staffing frameworks, and ROI methods.
• Build a global operating model with centralized core ops and local adaptation.
• Staff and forecast capacity, match skills to projects, and monitor utilization.
• Make delivery outcomes and customer success measurable and actionable.
• Develop AI-native tools and automation to reduce manual work.
• Lead, mentor, and grow program leads and regional operators.
• Partner with Solution leadership, Sales, Product, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition.
