Rotork is seeking a proactive customer service specialist for a 9-month temporary assignment in Île-de-France. You will manage orders end-to-end, provide accurate pricing and lead-times, and coordinate with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role or in contract management
• Basic technical knowledge (electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic, instrumentation)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Commercial awareness or customer service experience

Responsabilités

• Manage orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Use price lists to provide accurate pricing and lead-times; identify and resolve order queries
• Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding delivery or special requirements
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints with the Quality department
• Build strong relationships with customers across divisions and handle high workload under pressure
