Job summary

Rotork in France seeks a high-caliber sales professional to own customer relationships across End Users, EPCs and distributors. You will drive end-to-end sales, provide technical advice, forecast the France market and manage accounts to grow revenue across Rotork products.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Area Sales Manager, Application Engineering, and internal teams to expand the customer base while delivering campaigns, product launches and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in industrial applications, ideally flow control.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong sales techniques and track record of success.
• Demonstrates commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair.
• Collaborates across business units and challenges siloed thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and sales activity across End Users, EPCs, valve makers and distributors.
• Forecast France market, manage accounts and drive end-to-end sales across the product portfolio.
• Provide technical advice to customers and manage budgeting, forecasting and channel management.
• Lead business development, identify new customers and revenue streams, and deliver campaigns and events as needed.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager, Application Engineering and internal sales to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
