Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an experienced demand generation operator to lead global marketing efforts. In this high-impact role, you will shape strategies for driving demand and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize growth.

Responsibilities include designing campaign strategies, overseeing marketing budgets, and measuring campaign effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in demand generation and a strong background in B2B SaaS or fintech. Qualifications

• 5+ years Demand-Gen experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience developing marketing strategies that support an Outbound motion.
• Proven track record of generating demand with Enterprise accounts.

Responsabilités

• Define the strategy for generating demand for the Product.
• Steer a cross-functional marketing team (GTM Pod).
• Contribute to Monthly Reports justifying spending decisions.
