Job summary

BIC World is recruiting a Global Cybersecurity Director to lead and mature our worldwide cybersecurity program across manufacturing and distribution. Reporting to the CIO, you will shape strategy, manage risk, and drive modern security controls across IT and OT environments.

You will build a high-performing team, collaborate with business leaders, and advance capabilities in IAM, network segmentation, and GenAI security, delivering measurable improvements in security maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership role.
• Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity with global scope.
• Proven leadership of teams and cyber programs across geographies.
• Experience in manufacturing/OT environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive global cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead the security program, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Drive network segmentation across IT and OT and manage cyber risk.
• Partner with executive leaders, legal, compliance, and external vendors.
