Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking an experienced OT cybersecurity leader to report to the Global Operations and Finance CISO. You will steer information security and technology risk management for industrial plants and fulfillment centers, collaborating with Zones, Operations, and Finance to drive large-scale transformation across our global footprint.

You will define global OT security strategy, lead the Titanium program, and embed security in projects with IT and industrial partners.

Qualifications

• Industrial security expertise with IEC 62443, Purdue model insight, and regulatory awareness (NIS2, GDPR).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, international teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, exception workflows, and remediation planning.
• Fluent professional English for global collaboration and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global OT cybersecurity strategy, security policies, and standards across manufacturing and logistics sites.
• Lead the worldwide Titanium cybersecurity transformation program on the OT perimeter, aligning with Group policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Embed Integration of Security in Projects with stakeholders from industrial business and IT.
• Animate the OT cybersecurity community via security awareness sessions.
• Oversee threat remediation, third-party risk, and security exceptions with CSIRT collaboration.
• Track compliance and security KPIs, driving actions to strengthen industrial resilience.
