Job summary

A-Gas is strengthening its global infrastructure and cybersecurity. We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer to support secure, resilient infrastructure and network architectures, coordinating with MSPs to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure availability of manufacturing and business systems.

The role emphasizes eliminating single points of failure and aligning with zero trust principles while protecting critical assets across IT and OT environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering with security and resilience focus.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and Microsoft security stack.
• Designing redundant networks and business continuity strategies.
• Familiarity with Meraki, firewall configuration, and secure cross-business connectivity.
• Knowledge of CIS18 controls, NIST CSF, and Zero Trust principles.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve secure, resilient infrastructure and network architectures.
• Identify mitigations for cyber vulnerabilities and validate MSP deliverables.
• Collaborate with OT engineers and Product Owners to keep systems available and secure.
