Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Business Analyst Lead to bridge enterprise and cybersecurity with Zero Trust insights. You will map end-to-end workflows, validate user journeys, and ensure that decisions are aligned with how the mission operates.

You’ll collaborate with mission owners, engineers, and cyber strategists to translate operational insights into actionable steps, monitor progress across workstreams, and reflect requirements, risks, and decisions in dashboards and client deliverables.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience analyzing and documenting business processes
2+ years of experience engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and support operational decision‑making
Experience maintaining standardized documentation across teams
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Security+ Certification

Responsabilités

Map end‑to‑end processes and analyze dependencies across Zero Trust pillars
Coordinate with engineering and cyber teams, reflecting requirements, risks, and decisions in dashboards and status reports
Document SOPs, architecture diagrams, test plans, and client deliverables to distill what’s working and what needs to evolve
Translate operational insights into actionable steps that support modernization efforts and strengthen enterprise resilience
