Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ADR and IMDG regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office functions.
• Preferable to have experience in international transportation or the logistics industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily import/export shipments globally and ensure top‑notch customer service.
• Back up team members as needed and address customer complaints.
• Work with Supervisor on claims, incidents and reporting.
• Ensure KPI targets and operational processes are followed and communicated to customers.
