M&S Logistics Ltd. in Le Havre is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to coordinate import/export shipments globally, delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.

The role requires knowledge of ADR and IMDG regulations, experience in international transport, strong IT, verbal and written communication, and a team‑oriented professional with a proactive approach to KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ADR and IMDG regulations.
• Experience in international transportation or logistics.
• Good IT, verbal and written skills; problem solving and follow-up are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist in addressing customer complaints arising from daily operations.
• Back-up work in case of absence within the team.
• Collaborate with Supervisor on claims from customers and vendors.
• Support Incident and Accident reporting with Supervisor.
• Ensure Operational Relationships and KPI’s are met for relevant customers/vendors.
• Manage daily operations and Operations KPI’s.
• Notify customers promptly about operational issues on orders and follow up daily.
• Complete business reports and processes (Exceptions; Follow-ups; Un-invoiced; Demurrage) per regional KPI’s.
• Resolve queries relating to Accounts Payable Errors per KPI.
• Handle disputes relating to Accounts Receivable Errors per KPI.
• Proactively communicate additional costs to customers; ensure timely billing per agreements.
