PPF France & Iberia is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support order handling and inquiries for our international team. You will ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles and collaborate with production, logistics, planning and IT to resolve issues.

The role requires 2–4 years in a related field, fluent French and English, and strong Excel/ERP skills. We offer hybrid work, a competitive salary, and an international work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent level of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Communications or related field.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on getting things done efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through delivery, ensuring end-to-end processing.
• Monitor order progress and coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery or system issues.
• Act as primary contact for customers regarding daily order management, inquiries, and disputes.
• Handle complaints with timely communication, follow-up and resolution tracking.
• Support onboarding of new customers, including master data creation and EDI topics.
