Vestiaire Collective is the leading global online marketplace for desirable pre‑loved fashion. Our mission is to transform the fashion industry for a more sustainable future by empowering our community to promote the circular fashion movement. Vestiaire was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Paris with offices in London, Berlin, New York, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh and warehouses in Tourcoing (France), Crawley (UK), Hong Kong and New York.
We currently have a diverse global team of 600 employees representing more than 50 nationalities. Our values are Activism, Transparency, Dedication and Greatness and Collective.
Based in Paris within the Commercial team, this Senior CRM Manager (maternity cover) role leads the CRM Product Features scope (fully automated flows). The mission is to maximize campaign efficiency, user engagement, and business impact through product‑driven CRM features such as Saved Search, Price Drop, Make Me An Offer, and similar automated experiences. These flows are user‑facing and operate across email, push, in‑app, and notification center channels.
The team is currently focused on deepening CRM‑Product synergies, scaling high‑impact use cases, strengthening targeting and orchestration logic, and elevating performance measurement to drive incremental revenue and user activation. This role sits at the intersection of CRM strategy and product enablement, requiring strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate autonomously in a highly cross‑functional environment with Product, Tooling (Braze), and Data teams.
This role offers high visibility and direct ownership of key user‑facing automated CRM experiences within a dynamic, product‑driven environment.
Research indicates that people from under‑represented backgrounds—including women, people with disabilities, and other marginalized communities—often hesitate to apply for roles unless they meet every single requirement.
At Vestiaire Collective, we believe that talent comes in many forms, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Your unique perspective could be exactly what our team needs, so we encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box.
