Job summary

Eutelsat is seeking a Compensation & Benefits & People Analytics Specialist to join our HR team in France. You will support compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, and incentive schemes while shaping data-driven people insights.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, monitor HR KPIs, ensure data quality in SAP SuccessFactors, and help automate reporting, including ESG disclosures. This cross-functional role blends HR expertise with analytics to transform our people practices.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or People Analytics/Hr Data.
Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus; SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
Professional English proficiency; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Support the annual compensation processes, including salary reviews and bonus campaigns.
Conduct internal and external compensation benchmarking and contribute to salary proposals.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and HR reporting for HR teams and management.
Produce and consolidate social and ESG indicators, ensuring data accuracy for regulatory reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify HR processes using data and AI.
