Exclusive Networks is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to design, implement and continuously improve our worldwide compensation programs. You will act as the compensation SME, ensuring equity, competitiveness and data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will partner with HR, Finance and Legal, lead Workday Compensation projects, and support EU Pay Transparency initiatives while driving governance and employee experience across affiliates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits in international environments.
• Knowledge of global compensation.
• Knowledge of job evaluation and related practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and continuously improve global compensation programs.
• Lead Workday Compensation configurations, data quality and reporting.
• Develop salary ranges and market pricing analyses across affiliates.
• Support EU Pay Transparency and pay equity initiatives.
