Job summary

Decathlon Digital is seeking a Deployment Manager for our CMS & E-Merchandising Platform in Lille, France. You will bridge central digital product teams with Oneshop/Revamp local market teams across 20+ countries to drive adoption and successful platform rollouts.

You will enable local e-commerce merchandising teams, oversee content migrations to a modern headless CMS, and lead training sessions while coordinating timelines and go-lives across markets.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in Market Success, Customer Success, or digital project management.
Experience with modern web architectures and headless CMS.
Proven ability to orchestrate large-scale digital tool rollouts and migrations.
Professional English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead digital rollout and migration on CMS platforms.
Coordinate global e-commerce platform rollouts with local markets.
Guide content migration from legacy tools to headless CMS.
Provide training and run support for local teams.
Collect feedback and drive platform improvements.
Manage timelines, integrations, and Go-Live activities.
