Job summary

Decathlon Digital EN is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Upper Funnel to steer discovery and exploration across the web platform. You will own strategic direction, functional architecture and cross-functional alignment with engineers, designers, and business leads at a global scale.

In this hybrid role based in Paris or Lille, you will drive SEO, taxonomy, and monetization initiatives while guiding AI-forward product leadership and experimentation at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management for high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Deep understanding of upper funnel mechanics, site search, taxonomy design and CRO.
• Experience decomposing complex problems into modular MVP execution strategies.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, architecture and leadership to scale and modernize discovery and exploration across Decathlon's web platform.
• Lead triad collaboration with engineers and designers to align frontend performance and architecture with backend APIs.
• Drive high-volume experimentation and CRO frameworks to balance monetization and user experience.
