Job summary

Decathlon Digital is seeking a Product Manager for Categories based in Paris. You will own the Categories & Core Navigation ecosystem, driving scalable, personalized navigation across web and mobile to improve discovery and conversion.

You will partner with engineering, UX, data analytics, and country teams to standardize taxonomy, run experiments, and push a global to local balance that accelerates revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced B2C e-commerce or catalog ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce navigation, taxonomy/metadata, or search and discovery.
• Excellent stakeholder management across international teams.
• End-to-end product development from discovery to delivery.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Categories & Core Navigation.
• Lead agile delivery with engineering, UX, and data teams.
• Drive data-driven opportunities with SEO, UX testing, and analytics.
• Standardize global taxonomy while enabling local market flexibility.
• Establish decision-making frameworks and governance.
