Decathlon Digital FR seeks a Staff Product Manager – Upper Funnel to lead the discovery and exploration experience across our ecommerce web platform, based in Paris or Lille. You will own strategic direction, architecture, and cross-functional leadership across search, taxonomy, retail media, and conversational AI initiatives.

Your mission spans aligning executive stakeholders, driving funnel metrics, and de‑risking high‑impact concepts, while advancing modern web capabilities and agentic

Qualifications

• 7+ years in e-commerce web PM roles.
• Deep understanding of upper funnel mechanics, SEO, site search, taxonomy design and CRO.
• Strong experience with web analytics and high-volume experimentation.
• Ability to decompose complex e-commerce catalog, ad-tech, and AI/search problems into modular MVPs.
• Excellent storytelling to translate complex architectures into exec-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for upper funnel discovery & engagement across homepage, category pages, search, taxonomy, and retail media.
• Lead functional architecture across web squads and ensure seamless omnichannel handoffs.
• Partner with GPMs/PMs to navigate search algorithms, LLMs, and ad-server integrations.
• Drive high-volume CRO and experimentation to balance UX with monetization goals.
