Job summary

Decathlon Digital FR in Lille is seeking a Deployment Manager for our CMS & E-Merchandising Platform. You will bridge central digital product teams with local market teams, driving platform adoption and orchestrating multi-country rollouts.

Responsibilities include content migration, user enablement, onboarding of templates, and coordinating feature rollouts with run and optimize cycles. Fluent English required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in Market Success, Customer Success or digital project delivery in multi-market settings.
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures and headless CMS platforms (Contentstack/Contentful a plus).
• Proven ability to orchestrate large-scale digital rollouts and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CMS rollout programs, validate setups, and manage onboarding and Go-Live schedules.
• Coordinate content migration, legacy decommissioning, and cross-market content templates.
• Enable local markets through trainings, user guides, workshops, and ongoing support.
• Track adoption, gather feedback, and drive continuous CMS optimization.
