• 3 to 5+ years in Market Success, Customer Success, or Digital Project/Implementation Management in an international environment.
• CMS & Digital Stack expertise with modern architectures; experience with enterprise CMS like Contentstack or Contentful is a big plus.
• Proven ability to orchestrate large-scale digital tool rollouts and drive user adoption.
• Professional fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CMS rollouts and migrations, coordinating schedules and local content onboarding to go-live.
• Enable local markets through training, user guides, workshops, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate feature rollouts, A/B testing, and collect feedback to improve the platform.
