Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive performance across our distribution centers. You will plan, organise staff, direct and control all office and warehouse activities, and partner with senior management to set objectives, standards and cost targets.

This role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, project leadership and the ability to coach teams. You will manage Six Sigma projects, coach Kaizen efforts, and report on CI progress while building strong customer-focused operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the CI strategy and roadmap using Lean principles.
• Plan, direct and implement warehouse operations and support to meet productivity and service levels.
• Manage Six Sigma projects and coach Kaizen and other Sigma Belt projects.
• Perform and guide in-depth analyses to identify opportunities.
• Ensure Lean Six Sigma standards are applied and maintained.
• Train and coach warehouse management teams in Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Support operational teams with Lean tools (5S, standard work, gemba, etc.).
• Oversee CI reporting and tracker maintenance.
