Maersk is seeking a highly motivated Operational Excellence Manager to lead process improvement across warehouse and logistics operations, applying Lean and Six Sigma to raise efficiency.

You will guide cross-functional teams, analyze data to identify root causes, set KPIs, and drive safety-first improvements while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a solid understanding of operations and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
