Job summary

Maersk is seeking a SWE Area CI Lead in Marseille to drive continuous improvement across distribution centers, guiding Lean Six Sigma initiatives and coaching teams to achieve cost, productivity, and service objectives.

You will plan and implement CI programs, support project reporting, and collaborate with global sites. Requires a bachelor degree, Green Belt, and strong leadership; travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• LSS Green Belt certification mandatory.
• Proven knowledge and experience in project management.
• Strong change management and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office package.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the continuous improvement strategy and its road map across area.
• Plan, direct and support warehouse operations to meet productivity and service levels.
• Manage Six Sigma projects and coach Kaizen and Sigma Belt initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities and ensure Lean Six Sigma standards.
• Train and support site management in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
