Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Team Leader to manage our site operations and lead a logistics team. The role focuses on implementing HSSE rules, driving productivity, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and customer expectations.

You will define and monitor KPIs, coordinate daily briefings, and report on performance and safety. A background in warehouse supervision and the ability to motivate across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar team-leading role within logistics.
• Strong supervision of warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Capacity to lead, direct and motivate across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the logistics team and ensure HSSE rules are followed.
• Organize daily briefings and maintain team communication.
• Set annual objectives for the team and monitor performance.
• Oversee operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Organize and optimize activities in line with procedures and client expectations.
• Define and monitor KPIs and report non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper resource management.
• Identify malfunctions and suggest improvements to leadership.
