Accor Tech & Digital is seeking an Global Sales apprentice to bolster B2B sales capabilities by providing operational, analytical, and strategic support to Global Sales teams.

You will work with the Global Sales department to enhance distribution tracking, loyalty programs, and data-driven decision making while collaborating with cross-functional teams across a fast-paced hospitality tech environment.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency for complex data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and support insights.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Distribution & B2B tracking: Provide comprehensive operational support for distribution and production tracking.
• B2B loyalty deployment & support: Assist deployment and ongoing management of B2B loyalty programs.
• Account management business review meeting co-ordination: Prepare materials and data for key account reviews.
• RFP management support: Assist during contracting season with data collection and documentation.
• Data analysis & consolidation: Analyze and consolidate sales metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
• Operational support to the BT Strategy department: Support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Collaboration on B2B offer design & deployment: Work with BT Strategy on new offers.
