Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital is looking for a senior Data/BI leader to manage and evolve the OPEN team, delivering scalable analytics solutions for business users across Accor’s global footprint. You will guide technical strategy, mentor developers, and drive ROI-focused data products.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, advance data democratization, and mentor colleagues through training and onboarding programs.

Qualifications

• Proven senior experience in enterprise-scale Data/BI environments.
• Experience in technical leadership: managing consultants or project teams while remaining a strong individual contributor.
• Strong communication and pedagogy for user training and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OPEN Feature Team and drive recruitment and training of developers.
• Manage relationships with third-party solution providers and ensure technical consistency across the stack.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams to ensure coverage and ROI measurement of data products.
• Contribute to evolution of the Data Portal with other major French groups and improve user experience.
• Monitor incidents and continuously improve the platform, automation of BI administration, and onboarding paths for internal teams.
• Animate the Data Tech community and share best practices, code knowledge and technology watch.
