Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Head of GTM Strategy & Operations to lead the global partnerships GTM and Operations, driving profitability, streamlined customer journeys, and AI/data-driven improvements. You will manage a team across Business Ops, Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Finance Ops to deliver scalable, engaging loyalty programs.

The role requires 6+ years in revenue/ GTM operations, hands-on AI workflows, and a strong ability to bridge strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Ops, GTM Ops or similar, leading or mentoring teams.
• Hands-on with AI workflows in GTM contexts and measurable impact.
• Experience designing operating frameworks with external partners and sales enablement.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global Partnerships GTM & Operations strategy with budget and resources.
• Own partnerships data strategy, governance, and CRM platforms integration.
