Lenovo France is seeking a Sales Support & Operations Apprentice to support the B2B Sales team, optimize reporting, and automate tasks using AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with the France B2B Sales and Sales Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in dashboards, data management, and process improvement.

The role evolves toward customer-facing responsibilities, events, and forecasting support while developing strong cross-functional collaboration and Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and digital trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.
• Ability to analyze data, maintain reporting tools, and identify process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization is a plus.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the B2B Sales team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Improve sales tools and processes through AI-driven solutions and automation.
• Maintain sales reports, dashboards, tracking tools, and data repositories.
• Coordinate shipment, tracking, and management of demonstration and test devices.
• Assist with business reporting, forecasting support, and performance analysis as responsibilities grow.
• Validate partner incentive claims and contribute to data quality and reporting accuracy.
