Back Market is looking for a Customer Journey & App Analytics Apprentice in Bordeaux. You’ll work with Product, Tech, UX, and Business teams to analyze customer behavior, support experimentation, and turn data into actionable insights.

You will develop skills in product analytics, experimentation, and mobile app analytics while collaborating with an international team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• Strong SQL writing and data querying skills.
• Interest in customer behavior, product analytics, and digital products.
• Familiarity with experimentation concepts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer journeys across Back Market’s site and app from discovery to post-purchase.
• Support design and analysis of journey experiments and A/B tests.
• Formulate hypotheses, define metrics, analyze results, and propose actions.
• Investigate behavior across touchpoints, segments, and devices.
• Analyze mobile app usage: engagement, conversion, retention.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders on a recurring basis.
• Identify data quality issues and tracking gaps in journey or app data.
• Improve event tracking plans and analytics documentation.
• Translate business questions into analyses and data requirements.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in team rituals and knowledge-sharing sessions.
