AXA Group Operations in Paris seeks a Workplace Architecture Expert to define and govern architectures for collaboration services and AI-enabled workplaces. You will partner with Product engineering to translate requirements into scalable designs and ensure alignment with the Group Technology Office strategy.

You will contribute to the Workplace, IAM, and AI ecosystems, guiding integration, security, and performance while enabling global teams to adopt new solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Architecture.
• In-depth experience in large-scale solutions architecture design for Workplace and AI projects.
• Proven experience in complex IT environments and international transformation initiatives.
• Experience in architecture evolution, planning, and financial considerations.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain architecture vision, governance, and problem-solving for Workplace & AI across the organization.
• Contribute to Architecture CT0 community and Technology Governance to align with Group strategy.
• Drive architecture patterns, design blueprints, and high-level designs (HLDs) with Product teams.
• Provide support for on-boarding new entities and product evolutions in Workplace topics.
• Promote AI-assisted architecture concepts and architecture-as-code practices.
