Job summary

Dana Incorporated is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Trainer to deliver on-site training in workshops, service centers, and customer sites. You will demonstrate tools and processes, coach trainees, and ensure real-world skill transfer across international field teams.

The role requires fluency in English, French, and Spanish, with up to 50–75% travel. Prior experience in automotive aftermarket training and GD&T proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering, Quality, Sales, Product Planning, Training, or automotive mechanics.
• Education: Bachelor’s / high school degree in mechanic field.
• Knowledge/experience with ISO/TS-16949 or QS-9000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on-site in real work environments.
• Conduct sessions at workshops, service centers, or customer sites.
• Demonstrate tools, equipment, processes, or systems with step-by-step guidance.
• Coach trainees as they perform tasks and ensure practical skills.
• Train customers, dealers, or service partners on proper product usage.
