A leading automotive company is seeking an After-sales Technical Support & Training Manager in Paris. This role is crucial for leading technical support and training within the global after-sales network. The successful candidate will oversee complex issue diagnosis and develop training programs. Key qualifications include a degree in Automotive Engineering and 5+ years of related experience. The position requires strong vehicle systems knowledge and excellent communication skills, with frequent travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive after-sales, technical support, or training.
• Strong expertise in vehicle systems diagnosis, fault analysis, and service operations.
• Experience with EV/HEV technologies preferred.
• Excellent communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical support team for timely support to distributors and dealers.
• Manage resolution of critical vehicle issues with R&D collaboration.
• Develop and release technical information for service operations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and manage technician competency.
• Ensure consistent service quality across all dealer networks.
