Geely Auto Europe is seeking an After-sales Technical Support & Training Manager to lead technical support and training across the global network. You will oversee issue diagnosis, develop training programs, and collaborate with distributors, dealers, R&D, and Quality to raise service quality.

You will manage training content and certification standards, travel domestically and internationally, and drive continuous improvement in after-sales readiness for new models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive after-sales, tech support, or training.
• Experience with EV/HEV technologies and high-voltage safety is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Technical Support Management: lead the support team for distributors and dealers, ensuring timely, professional issue resolution.
• Training Management: design and execute annual technical training for global/regional dealer networks.
• Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: lead, mentor, and motivate the team; set KPIs and drive improvements.
• Field Operations & Dealer Network Support: provide on-site assistance and support strategic markets with capability enhancements.
