Geely Auto International is seeking an After-sales Technical Support & Training Manager to lead the global after-sales network's technical support and training functions, overseeing complex diagnostics and the development of training programs to raise service quality.

You will collaborate with distributors, dealers, R&D and quality teams to elevate technical capability and customer satisfaction, drive field issue resolution, and support campaigns, recalls, and product improvements worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive after-sales, technical support, or training.
• Strong vehicle systems diagnosis and fault analysis experience.
• Experience with EV/HEV technologies and high-voltage safety preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical support management for the global after-sales network.
• Oversee training program design, delivery, and certification standards.
• Manage field operations and dealer network support.
• Coordinate with R&D and Quality for product improvements.
• Monitor field issues and drive corrective actions and campaigns.
