Responsibilities

• Contribute to an AWS customer account team, executing against the account plan and building relationships with Directors and VP-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal AWS teams to deliver solutions for customers.
• Support business reviews and customer relationship plans to drive satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and in-person meetings; prepare customer-facing materials.
• Manage an assigned sales pipeline in Salesforce and track opportunity progress.
• Assist in negotiating and closing commercial agreements under senior leadership guidance.
• Maintain broad knowledge of AWS solutions and map customer challenges to AWS capabilities.
• Collaborate with marketing and the account team to develop customer references and success stories.
