Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Sr. Order Support Specialist in France to manage complex customer orders, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain accurate ERP records. The role offers autonomy in daily tasks and contributes to cross-functional process improvements across production, logistics and sales teams.

You will handle order entry and tracking in SAP, resolve issues, and communicate proactively with customers. A Bac+2 in commercial management or equivalent and 2+ years of experience are expected; SAP

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in an order management or sales administration role.
ERP tools proficiency; SAP is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken French; English is an asset.
Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
Customer orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and teamwork mindset.
Bac+2 in commercial management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP system (SAP).
Track orders from receipt to delivery in coordination with production, logistics and sales teams.
Handle order modification requests and cancellations.
Proactively communicate with customers about order status and resolve delays.
Process customer complaints related to orders and find solutions.
Update customer databases and order information.
Participate in continuous improvement of order management processes.
Collaborate closely with sales teams for smooth order execution.
