Job summary

Sulzer in Rosny-sous-Bois (Île-de-France) seeks a Sr. Order Support Specialist to manage complex customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinate with production, logistics and sales, and ensure accuracy in ERP records.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or sales administration.
Strong IT skills, including an ERP (SAP is a plus).
Excellent written and spoken communication in French; English is a plus.
Rigour, organisation and attention to detail.

Customer orientation and developed interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP system.
Track orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with production, logistics and sales teams.
Handle order modification requests and cancellations.
Proactively communicate with customers about order status and resolve delays.
Process customer complaints related to orders and find solutions.
Update customer databases and order information.
Contribute to continuous improvement of order management processes.
Collaborate closely with sales teams for smooth business operations.
