Job summary

Self Money Care, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a PPC Specialist based in France to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. This remote, full-time role emphasizes data-driven optimization and ROI-focused decisions.

You will own planning, execution, performance analysis, and collaboration with content, analytics, and web teams to drive qualified traffic and conversions while continuously improving ROAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing/Business/Communications.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC and paid media campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).
• Experience with Google Analytics and tag management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets with formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, budgeting and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Develop compelling ad copy and test variations and messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets and targeting.
• Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to optimize landing pages and journeys.
• Implement tracking: conversions, UTMs, pixels, GA, and tag manager.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and insights.
• Forecast traffic, leads, and ROI using historical data and trends.
• Share learnings across marketing channels and drive best practices.
• Stay updated on platform updates and new automation opportunities.
