German-Speaking Artist Liaison: Growth & Retention

Job summary

Singulart is seeking an Artist Liaison in Paris to manage end-to-end artist relationships, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, strengthen artist satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.

You’ll engage artists through proactive outreach, provide guidance on Singulart’s tools and services and use data to reduce churn while supporting sub-accounts and VIP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer-facing role (account management, customer success, sales or support).
• Strong written and spoken English, with native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, ability to explain information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
• Sales and retention mindset; comfortable initiating conversations, communicating value and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact artists by phone, email and messages, including high volume outbound calls.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each artist’s situation, expectations and objectives.
• Communicate Singulart’s value clearly, handle objections and adapt approach.
• Re-engage inactive artists and support win-back campaigns.
• Manage artist relationships from onboarding to ongoing performance reviews and first-sale support.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and internal tools for reporting and follow-up.
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance and help artists navigate Singulart’s tools and services.
• Lead retention conversations and resolve inquiries through ticketing tools.
