Singulart is seeking an Artist Liaison to cultivate and expand relationships with its international artists. You will proactively engage artists, guide them through onboarding and ongoing support, and help maximize their value on the platform.

You will collaborate with the Artist Success & Liaison teams and other departments to resolve issues, gather feedback and drive retention. Prior customer-facing experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a customer-facing role such as account management or support.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls and proactive outreach.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact artists by phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Build trusted relationships and understand artist objectives.
• Guide artists through Singulart tools and subscriptions.
• Manage onboarding, profile optimization and first-sale support.
• Maintain records in HubSpot for reporting.
• Identify retention opportunities and reduce churn.
• Share feedback with product, tech, and marketing.
