Job summary

Singulart is seeking an Artist Liaison Intern to proactively contact artists, understand their needs and maximize their value on the platform. You will collaborate with Artist Success & Liaison teams and coordinate with Product, Tech and Sales to support artists throughout their journey.

Your role focuses on outreach calls, follow-ups, onboarding support and retaining artists while sharing actionable feedback to improve tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English or bilingual proficiency in at least one additional language, such as German, French, Spanish or Italian.
• Previous experience in a field with direct customer contact.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Sales mindset: You are comfortable initiating conversations, engaging people by phone and communicating value clearly.
• Resilience: You remain calm, professional and motivated under pressure or when facing rejection.
• Organizational skills: You manage follow-ups autonomously and keep track of multiple artist interactions.
• People-first approach: You build trust while balancing confidence, empathy and professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills: You are proactive, solution-oriented and know when to act independently or ask for support.
• Self-starter with team spirit: You take ownership of your work while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Tech savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems or email outreach platforms is a plus.
• No previous knowledge of the art market is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact artists by phone and email, including a high volume of outbound calls.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each artist’s situation, expectations and objectives.
• Communicate Singulart’s value clearly and adapt your approach to each conversation.
• Manage follow-ups autonomously and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Keep accurate records of artist interactions in our internal tools.
• Stay organized while managing multiple conversations and priorities.
• Provide clear, empathetic and solution-oriented guidance to artists.
• Support artists during onboarding and help them navigate Singulart’s tools and services.
• Assist with retention initiatives, including conversations with artists considering cancellation or experiencing payment issues.
• Spot recurring issues, friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Share relevant insights with the Artist Success, Product and Sales teams.
• Help improve internal documentation, call workflows and artist communications.
• Contribute to team initiatives such as webinars and artist engagement campaigns.
