Cross Border Talents is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Barcelona team. You will acquire new business, manage the full sales cycle, and help clients grow through AI-powered advertising solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong digital marketing knowledge, and fluency in German (C1) and English (B2). Relocation support and health insurance are offered in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Spain.
• Minimum 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills including engagement with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients via inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Aim to consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
