Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our international team. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and help them achieve their goals through tailored digital solutions.

In this fast-paced, target-driven role you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–12 months of experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Experience in outbound or cold sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
